中药制剂使用的药用辅料应成型性好,用量小,作用强;生理安全性大,无致敏、致畸、致突变;无生物活性,不影响药物疗效:化学性质稳定,不与主药起化学反应;能与多种药物配伍使用等特点。选择合适的辅料可显著提高药物制剂的内在质量和外在质量,在药剂中加入适宜的辅料可使主药稳定、含量准确、延长药剂的保存期,并显著增强难溶性固体药物的疗效,提高固体药物的溶出速率。未来应该积极推广药用辅料在中药制剂中的应用,研究开发出更好的制剂新品种。
