针灸联合穴位注射治疗贝尔氏面瘫随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy Combined Bell's Facial Paralysis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察针灸联合穴位注射治疗贝尔氏面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组26例西药常规治疗(扩血管、类固醇激素和抗病毒)。治疗组26例针灸联合穴位注射治疗,主穴:患侧颊车、地仓、四白、下关、合谷、牵正、风池、阳明、阳白;额纹消失加攒竹穴;鼻唇沟改变加刺迎香穴;人中沟歪斜加水沟穴;耳后疼痛加刺翳风穴。每次选择主穴和3～4个配穴。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效6例,好转3例,无效1例,总有效率96.90%。对照组痊愈9例,显效7例,好转3例,无效7例,总有效率69.20%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸联合穴位注射治疗贝尔氏面瘫效果显著、安全,值得推广。

[Objective]Observe acupuncture plus point injection treatment of Bell's Palsy.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,58 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,26 cases of conventional western medicine treatment(vasodilators,steroids and anti-virus).Combined treatment group,26 cases of acupuncture point injection therapy,the main point: ipsilateral Xiache,Dicang,Sibai,Xiaguan,Hegu,Qianzheng,Fengchi,Yang Ming,Yang Bai;amount of grain lost plus Cuanzhu point;nasolabial change plus stab Ying Xiang points;people ditch skew plus Shuigou point;ear pain plus stab Yifeng point.Each time you select the main points and three to four distribution points.Western medicine with the control group.15d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 22 cases,effective in 6 cases,improved in 3 cases and 1 case,the total effective rate was 96.90%.Control group healed 9 cases,7 cases were markedly improved in 3 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency of 69.20%.The treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Acupuncture point injection therapy combined Bell's facial paralysis effect is remarkable,safe,worthy of promotion.
