辨证分型针灸治疗中风后遗症75例

Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Treatment of 75 Cases of Stroke Sequelae

[目的]观察针灸治疗中风后遗症疗效。[方法]对75例中风后遗症患者,根据临床表现辨证,调和经脉、疏通气血针灸治疗,1次/d。风痰阻络用泻法(人中、督脉、三阴交、内关、外关、环跳、足三里);失语点刺金津玉液;不思饮食、胸闷加中脘穴。肝阳上亢用补法(督脉、凤池、曲池、三阴交、肾俞、神门、水沟、太冲、环跳、内关、肩髎、阳陵泉),舌体强硬,活动不灵者点刺金津玉液。气虚血瘀用平补平泻法(人中、三阴交、足三里、足阳明胃经、阳陵泉、水沟、气海、外关、合谷、大椎、风市、极泉、曲池),便溏加天枢、中脘穴,肌肉偏枯者给营养肌肉治疗,维生素B120mg和维生素B120.5g穴位注射。治疗10次为1疗程。连续治疗6疗程(60d),判定疗效。[结果]基本痊愈30例,显效35例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为86.67%。[结论]针灸治疗中风后遗症有利于改善肢体功能,提高生活质量,减少患者痛苦和家庭负担,值得临床应用和推广。

[Objective]To observe Chinese acupuncture treatment of stroke sequelae efficacy.[Method]75 cases of patients with stroke sequelae,based on clinical manifestations dialectical line Chinese acupuncture treatment,to reconcile the meridians,and clear the blood-based treatment principles.The basic recovery.[Results]Excellent in 30 cases,effective in 35 cases,effective in 8 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,with a total effective rate of 86.67%.[Conclusion]Chinese acupuncture therapy the stroke sequelae beneficial to improve limb function,improve quality of life,reduce the suffering of patients and family burden,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
