艾叶散熏洗联合超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎随机平行对照研究

Fumigation Joint FM Leaves Scattered Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Randomized Controlled Method

[目的]观察艾叶散熏洗联合超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组,对照组41例扶他林,50mg/次,2次/d,治疗组45例①艾叶散(艾叶、黄连、木香各50g,当归20g,干姜10g,龙骨20g。羌活、威灵仙各60g,狗脊、续断、透骨草、草乌、乳香各30g)熏洗+超短波,30min/次,2次/d,连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、关节功能、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组优25例,良16例,差4例,总有效率91.11%。对照组优11例,良19例,差11例,总有效率73.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]艾叶散熏洗联合超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效满意。

[Objective]To observe the leaves scattered Fumigation Joint FM treatment of knee osteoarthritis treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,96 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly,control group 41 cases Voltaren,50mg / times,2 times / d,the treatment group 45 cases ① loose leaves(Aiye,Huanglian,Muxiang each 50g,Danggui 20g,Gsnjiang 10g,Longgu 20g.Jianghuo,Weilingxian 60g,Gouji,Xuduan,Tougucao,Caowu,Ruxiang 30g) Fumigation + FM,30min / times,2 times / d,continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,Joint function,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results] treatment group were excellent in 25 cases,good in 16 cases and poor in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 91.11%.The control group was excellent in 11 cases,good in 19 cases,and poor in 11 cases,total effective rate 73.17%.Treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Leaves scattered Fumigation Joint FM treatment of knee osteoarthritis were satisfactory.
