Study on TCM Community Nursing Service Needs and Application

对116例社区门诊患者进行问卷调查,并对临床资料及护理操作记录进行回顾性分析,探讨社区中医护理服务需求及应用情况。社区护士中医辩证施护应用较多,主要包括用药指导、生活起居指导、膳食指导、情志调护以及康复指导等。社区中医护理服务的需求较高,需要通过积极的对策,提高社区中医护理服务的应用率。

In 116 cases of community outpatients questionnaires,and clinical data and nursing records were retrospectively analyzed to explore the needs of the community medicine care services and application.Chinese dialectical community nurses and nursing more applications,including medication guide,and living guide,dietary guidance,emotional nursing and rehabilitation guidance.Chinese demand for community care services is high,needs through active measures to improve community care medicine application rate.
