[目的]观察针灸及综合护理产后尿潴留效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将45例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组,基础护理组20例基础护理①鼓励多饮水,尽早下床活动,尽量不改变排尿习惯、体位,运用听觉(流水声)形成条件反射,产生尿感。②按摩法:热毛巾(水袋)置腹部(膀胱膨隆部位),左右轻轻按摩,每个方向重复15～20次。③膀胱按压法:术者手从膀胱底部向下按压推移,促进产妇排尿。针灸护理组25例①针灸:关元、中极、阴陵泉(双)、三阴交(双)、足三里(双),1.5寸毫针直刺,深度0.8～1.0寸,提插,病人感到麻、酸、胀以及痛等感觉为主,留针30min。②艾灸:足三里(双)、关元、三阴交、中极等穴艾条灸30 min。连续护理7d为1个疗程,观测排尿情况、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定效果。[结果]针灸护理组自主排尿23例,留置导尿2例,总有效率92.00%。基础护理组自主排尿18例,留置导尿2例,总有效率90.00%。针灸护理组效果优于基础护理组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸护理产后尿潴留效果好,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine nursing postpartum urinary retention effect.[Methods]Randomized controlled method,45 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two treatment order numbering in the control group of 20 patients,observed a group of 25 patients.Control group of 20 patients with basic care.Observation group of 25 patients in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatments(acupuncture,moxa,RF treatments).Continuous care 7 days a course of treatment,observation care effects,adverse reactions.Continuum of care treatment to determine the effect.[Results]Observation group,23 cases were cured,2 cases,the total efficiency of 92.00%.The control group cured 18 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 90.00%.[Conclusion]The effect of Chinese medicine nursing postpartum urinary retention,worth widely.
