叶景华肾衰方联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察叶景华肾衰方联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组30例西医常规,适当休息,避免剧烈运动及重体力劳动,优质低蛋白饮食、控制感染、低磷、高热量饮食,降血压,降血糖,纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡,纠正贫血等。治疗组30例肾衰方(大黄15g,黄芪30g,党参、白术、麦冬、丹参、当归各10g,赤芍、仙灵脾各5g等;阴虚明显加用黄精、熟地黄、旱莲草、山茱萸;血瘀加红花、丹参、丹皮、益母草、泽兰、川芎等);湿浊加半夏、生姜、枳实、砂仁、薏仁、藿香、佩兰、黄芩等。1剂/d,水煎服,排软便2次/d为度。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肌酐差值(Scr)、尿素氮差值(BUN)、尿酸差值、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈2例,显效7例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率90.13%。对照组痊愈1例,显效4例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率66.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。Scr、BUN、尿酸差值改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]叶景华肾衰方联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Ye Jinghua shenshuai fang combined western medicine curative effect in patients with chronic renal failure.[ Methods]Using random parallel control method,the 30 cases of clinic patients in clinic order numbering method randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 30 cases of conventional western medicine,proper rest,avoid strenuous exercise and heavy physical labor,high-quality low-protein diet,infection control,low phosphorus,high quantity of heat diet,blood pressure,fall blood sugar,correcting water,electrolyte and acid-base balance,and correction of anemia,etc.Treatment group of 30 cases of shenshuai fang(Dahuang 15g,Huangqi 30g,Dangshen,Baishu,Maidong,Danshen,Danggui,Chishao each 10g,Xianlingpi 5g,etc);Yin deficiency is obvious and with Huangjing,Shudihuang,Hanliancao,Shanzhuyu;Blood stasis and safflower,Honghua,Danshen,Danpi,Yimucao,Zelan,Chuanqiong,etc;Damp turbidity and Banxia,Shengjiang,Zhishi,Sharen,Yiren,Huoxiang,Peilan,Huangqin,etc.1/day,water decoction,soft then 2 times/d for degrees.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment 30days for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms(Scr),urea nitrogen,creatinine,difference difference difference(BUN),uric acid,and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect[.Results]In treatment group recovered in 2 cases,7 cases were markedly effective,18 patients effectively,3 had no effect,total effective rate was 90.13%.The control group recovered in 1 case,4 cases were markedly effective,effective 15 cases,10 cases of invalid,total effective rate was 66.70%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Scr,BUN,uric acid difference to improve the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion]Ye Jinghua Shenshuai fang combined western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure(kidney failure party effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
