平喘汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

Pingchuan Tang Combined with Salbutamol Treating Infantile Bronchial Asthma Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察平喘汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组34例沙丁胺醇,200μg/次,3次/d,口服。随证选药。治疗组34例平喘汤,黄芪10g,川穹、当归各6g,甘草3g;急性热喘加苦杏仁6g,麻黄3g;寒喘加桂枝、细辛各3g,1剂/次,2次/d,水煎,口服。连续治疗10d为1疗程,观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.10%。对照组痊愈16例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率76.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]平喘汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿支气管哮喘复发率低,有效率高。值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the pingchuan tang combined with salbutamol treating infantile bronchial asthma effect.[ Methods]Using random parallel control method,68 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.Control group of 34 cases of salbutamol,including 200g/time,3 times/day,oral.Along with the medicine.Treatment group 34 cases for pingchuan tang,Huangqi 10g,Chuanqiong,Danggui each 6g,Gancao 3g;Acute hot breath and Kuxingren 6g,Mahuang 3g;Cold asthma with Guizhi,Xixin each 3g,1 agent/times,2 times/day,oral.10days continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment,observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Row 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[ Results]The treatment group 25 cases cured,8 cases effectively,1 had no effect,total effective rate was 97.10%.Control group healed in 16 cases,10 cases were effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 76.50%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion]The pingchuan tang combined with salbutamol treatment of infantile bronchial asthma recurrence rate is low,high efficient.Is worth promoting.
