醒脑开窍汤联合雅伴片治疗中风假性球麻痹随机平行对照研究

Xingnao Kaiqiao TangCombined with Western Medicine Treatment of False Bulbar Paralysis Stroke Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察醒脑开窍汤联合雅伴片治疗中风假性球麻痹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组32例常规西药治疗。雅伴片,30mg/次,3次/d,口服或鼻饲。治疗组32例醒脑开窍汤(半夏、白芥子、陈皮、郁金、菖蒲、远志、川穹、桃仁各10g,海浮石、丹参各15g,广木香6g,水蛭9g,胆南星5g),痰热加竹沥汁;痰湿加制附子。水煎服,1剂/d。体针,选取内关、风池、三交阴丰隆、金津、玉液、廉泉和双侧合谷,得气后以180～200次/min,留针30min,中间行针1次,1次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、语言能力、吞咽功能、饮水试验、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效13例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.80%。对照组痊愈3例,显效10例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组语言改善、吞咽障碍改善治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]醒脑开窍汤联合雅伴片治疗中风假性球麻痹,效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the xingnao kaiqiao tang combined with western medicine treatment of false bulbar paralysis stroke curative effect.[ Methods]Using random parallel control method,64 cases of hospitalized patients in clinic order numbering method randomly divided into two groups.In the control group of 32 cases of conventional western medicine treatment.Jas companion piece,30mg/time,3 times/d,oral or BiSi.Treatment group 32 cases of xingnao kaiqiao tang(Banxia,Baijizi,Chenpi,Yujin,Changpu,Yuanzhi,Chuanqiong,Taoren each 10g,Haifushi,Danshen each 15g,Guangmuxiang 6g,Shuizhi 9g,Dannanxing 5g),phlegm heat,Zhulizhi;Phlegmy wet,Zhifuzi.The agent of water decoction,1/d.Within the body acupuncture,the selection,Neiguan,Fengchi,Sanjiaoyinbanlong,Jinjin,Yuye,Kangquan,Shuangcehegu,after needling at 180~200 times/min,the retaining needle for 30min,middle row needle,1/d.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment 10d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,improve,swallowing disorder to improve language,adverse reactions.2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[ Results]6 cases in treatment group recovered,13 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,2 had no effect,total effective rate 93.80%.Control group recovered in 3 cases,10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 75.00%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Two groups of language improvement,swallowing disorder to improve the treatment group were superior to control group(P<0.05)[.Conclusion] The xingnao kaiqiao tang begin to understand the false bulbar paralysis soup combined with western medicine treatment of stroke,obvious effect,is worth promoting.
