三子养亲汤加味治疗支气管哮喘82例临床观察

SanziYangqin TangModified treatment of 82 cases of bronchial asthma

[目的]观察三子养亲汤加味治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]对82例门诊患者三子养亲汤加味(紫苏子、白芥子、莱菔子各10g,法半夏、陈皮、茯苓各12g,苍术、厚朴各10g,地龙、炙款冬花各12g,桔梗10g,炙甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚2次温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效58例,好转18例,无效6例,总有效率92.70%。[结论]三子养亲汤加味治疗支气管哮喘,临床疗效显著,值得推广用。

[Objective] observed three sons to support parents decoction treatment of bronchial asthma treatment[.Methods] 82 cases of outpatients three sons to support parents decoction(Zisuzi,Baijiezi,Laifuzieach 10g,Fabanxia,Chenpi,Fulingeach 12g,Cangshu,Houpueach 10g,Dilong,Zhikuandonghuaeach 12g,Jugeng 10g,Zhigancao 6g),1 does / d,decoction 300mL,2 times morning and evening,warm clothes.Continuous treatment 7d as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy[.Results] 58 cases were cured,improved in 18 cases,6 cases,total effective rate 92.70%.[ Conclusion] three sons to support parents decoction treatment of bronchial asthma,significant clinical effect,should be introduced.
