芒硝与甘露醇清洗肠道随机平行对照研究

Mangxiao and Mannitol Intestinal Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Cleaning

[目的]观察芒硝与甘露醇清洗肠道效果和安全性。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按随机数字表方法分为两组,均于结肠镜检查前一天给予半流食质晚餐,至进行检查禁食。芒硝组60例检查前3～4h口服芒硝50g,30min内饮用盐水、葡萄糖或饮用水1000mL,多次排便至清水样或无便时检查。甘露醇组检查前3～4h,20%甘露醇250mL口服,15min内喝完,30min内饮用盐水、葡萄糖1000mL,多次排便后检查。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1d为1疗程。观测清洁肠道效果、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]芒硝组治愈41例,显效15例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率93.33%。甘露醇组治愈32例,显效13例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率75.00%。芒硝组疗效优于甘露醇组(P<0.05)。[结论]芒硝清洗肠道安全可靠,并发症少,较口服甘露醇更方便,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Mangxiao cleaning intestinal tract with mannitol effect and safety.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,120 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method,both in the colonoscopy tolerate for half a day before dinner,to check fast.Mangxiao group 60 cases examined 50g 3~4h before oral Mangxiao,drink salt water,glucose within 30 minutes or 1000mL of drinking water,repeatedly to clear water defecate or without inspection.Mannitol group check before 3~4h,20% mannitol 250mL oral,within 15 minutes after drinking,drinking salt water,1000 mL of glucose within 30 minutes,repeatedly check after defecation.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment of 1d 1 course of treatment.Clean bowel effect,adverse reaction observation.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[ Results]The Mangxiao group recovered 41 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,effective 3 cases,ineffective in 1 case,total effective rate 93.33%.Mannitol group recovered 32 cases,13 cases were markedly effective,effective in 9 cases,6 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate 75.00%.Mangxiao group curative effect is better than that of mannitol group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion]Mangxiao safe cleaning intestinal tract,fewer complications,and more convenient than oral mannite,worthy of promotion.
