摘要
用阳和汤治疗辩证属阴证的肿瘤患者,运用阴阳辩证法则,根据肿瘤部位,脏腑经络、发病年龄、性别、手术、放疗、化疗时序、一般状况等,随证加减变化;"阳"为其方定性:温阳之方,适用于阳气偏虚的阴证;"和"为其方定度:温和、平和之方,非竣猛之剂,以和为用、以和为度。可有效延长患者生存期,提高生活质量。
