摘要
[目的]观察千金苇茎汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例常规西药治疗。治疗组40例千金苇茎汤(苇茎、薏苡仁、黄苓、桃仁30g,冬瓜仁20g,桔梗12g,浙贝母、瓜萎各15g),100mL/次,1剂/d,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率87.52%。对照组显效13例,有效9例,无效18例,总有效率55.25%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生化指标均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]千金苇茎汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the qianjin weijing tang combined with western medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation period curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,80 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 40 cases of conventional western medicine treatment.Treatment group 40 cases qianjin weijing tang(Weijing,Yiyiren,Huangling,Taoren each 30g,Dongguaren 20g,Jugeng 12g,Zhebeimu,Guawo each 15g),and 100mL/second,1/d,oral sooner or later.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment 10d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,biochemical indicators,adverse reactions.2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[ Results]Treatment group 24 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,total effective rate was 87.52%.9 cases of control group 13 cases were markedly effective,effective and invalid 18 cases,total effective rate was 55.25%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Biochemical indexes to improve the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion]The qianjin weijing tang combined with western medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation period effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
