摘要
[目的]观察滋肾固精凉血方联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例住院患者按抛硬币方法随机分为两组。对照组42例西医基础治疗。治疗组42例滋肾固精凉血方(桑葚子、仙灵脾各12g,枸杞子、女贞子、复盆子、旱莲草、白芍各15g,熟首乌、菟丝子、丹皮各20g),1剂/d,水煎1000mL,早晚两次服用。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标(血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清肌酐、尿蛋白排泄率)、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效17例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率85.70%。对照组显效10例,有效16例,无效16例,总有效率61.90%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清肌酐、尿蛋白排泄率两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]滋肾固精凉血方联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著,值得推广。
[Objective] Observe Kidney Gujing Liangxue combined with western medicine treatment of early diabetic nephropathy effect.[ Methods] Using randomized controlled method,84 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups coin toss.Control group,42 cases of western basic treatment.Treatment group 42 cases Kidney Gujing Liangxue(Sangshenzi,Xianlingpi 12g,Gouqizi,Nvzhenzi,Fupenzi,Hanliancao,Baishao 15g,Shushouwux,Tusizi,Danpi 20g),1 does / d,decoction 1000mL,morning and evening doses.Western medicine with the control group.60d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood biochemical parameters(blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum creatinine and urine protein excretion rate),adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[ Results] treatment group 17 cases,effective in 19 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 85.70%.Control group,10 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,ineffective in 16 cases,total effective rate 61.90%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum creatinine,urinary albumin excretion rate in both groups improved(P <0.05),the treatment group than the control group improved(P <0.05).[ Conclusion] Kidney Gujing Liangxue combined with western medicine treatment of early diabetic nephropathy significant effect,should be widely applied.
