胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡随机平行对照研究

Weisue Keli Combined with Omeprazole Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例奥美啦唑的肠溶片,2次/d,20mg/次。治疗组60例胃苏颗粒(紫苏梗、香附、陈皮、香橼、佛手、枳壳、槟榔、鸡内金),3次/d,5g/次,餐前半小时,口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面愈合情况、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效48例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率98.33%。对照组显效35例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率80.03%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。溃疡愈合情况治疗组治疗后优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效比单纯使用奥美拉唑更好,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the weisu keli combined with omeprazole treatment of peptic ulcer disease curative effect.[ Methods]Using random parallel control method,120 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 60 cases of Georgia's enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,2 times/d,20mg/time.Treatment group of 60 cases of gastric Sue particles(Zisugeng,Xiangfu,Chenpi,Xianghui,Foshou,Zhike,Binlang,Jineijin),3 times/d,5g/time,half an hour before meals,oral.Western medicine treatment with the control group.For treatment of 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical curative effect,healing ulcer surface conditions,adverse reaction.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[ Results]The treatment group 48 cases had marked effect,effectively in 11 cases,1 had no effect,total effective rate was 98.33%.13 cases of control group 35 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid 12 cases,total effective rate was 80.03%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Ulcer healing cases in treatment group is better than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).[ Conclusion]The weisu keli combined with omeprazole treatment of peptic ulcer the curative effect of is better than simply using the omeprazole,worthy of promotion
