七子降压丸联合常规西药治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压随机平行对照研究

Qizi Jiangya Wan Combined with Conventional Western Medicine Treatment of Gan Shen Yin Xu Type Hypertension Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]观察七子降压丸联合常规西药治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例住院及门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组90例卡托普利,12.5mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组90例七子降压丸(决明子、钩藤、构杞子、菟丝子、女贞子、金樱子、沙苑子、桑椹子、桑寄生、白芍等),20粒(约6g)/次,3次/d,口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医证候积分、血压(DBP、SBP)、血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血浆(NO、ET)、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效38例,有效45例,无效6例,总有效率96.32%。对照组显效29例,有效38例,无效21例,总有效率67.75%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医证候积分、血压(DBP、SBP)、血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血浆(NO、ET)含量均改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]七子降压丸联合常规西药治疗肝肾阴虚型高血压疗效显著,值得推广。

[ Objective] To observe the qizi jiangya wan combined with conventional western medicine treatment of gan shen yin xu type hypertension disease curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,180 cases of hospitalization and outpatient patients randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method.In the control group,90 cases of captopril approved by the state and 12.5mg/time,3 times/d,oral.Treatment group,90 cases of the qizi jiangya wan(Juemingzi,Gouteng,Gouqizi,Tusizi,Nvzhenzi,Jingyingzi,Shayuanzi,Sangjisheng,Baishao,etc.),20(6g)/time,3 times/d,oral.Western medicine treatment with the control group.For treatment of 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,blood pressure(DBP and SBP),blood lipid index(TC,TG,HDL,LDL-C-C),plasma(NO,ET) content,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[ Results]The treatment group 38 cases were markedly effective,effective 45 cases,6 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.32%.Control group 29 cases were markedly effective,effective 38 cases,21 cases,total effective rate was 67.75%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).TCM syndrome integral,blood pressure(DBP and SBP),blood lipid index(TC,TG,HDL,LDL-C-C),plasma(NO and ET) content were improved in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05)[.Conclusion]The qizi jiangya wan combined with conventional western medicine treatment of gan shen yin xu type hypertension disease significantly curative effect,worthy of promotion.
