小蓟饮子汤联合丹参注射液治疗肾炎血尿随机平行对照研究

Xiaojiyinzi Tang Combined with Danshen Injection Treatment of Nephritis Hematuria Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察小蓟饮子汤联合丹参注射液治疗肾炎血尿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将94例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组47例复方丹参注射液0.5～1mL/kg+5%葡萄糖注射液250mL,1次/d,静滴。治疗组47例小蓟饮子汤(小蓟、生地各15g,藕节10g,炒山栀9g,滑石、茅根各25g,通草5g,蒲黄、当归尾、淡竹叶各8g,甘草6g),血尿明显加白仙鹤草12g;气虚加黄芪25g,太子参12g;兼血瘀加赤芍、丹参各10g;兼热毒加连翘10g,银花9g。1剂/d,水煎至200～300mL,2次/d。西医治疗同对照组。均连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,有效17例,无效9例,治疗总有效率为80.85%;对照组痊愈11例,有效16例,无效20例,治疗总有效率为57.45%,治疗组效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小蓟饮子汤联合丹参注射液治疗肾炎血尿疗效显著,安全可靠,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Xiaojiyinzi tang combined with danshen injection treatment of nephritis hematuria curative effect[.Methods]Using random parallel control method,94 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method.47 cases of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection,control group will be 0.5~1mL/kg of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection in 5% glucose injection,250mL,1/day,the intravenous drip.Treatment group 47 cases(Xiaojiyinzi tang,Xiaoji,Shengdi each 15g,Oujie 10g,Chaoshanzhi 9g,Huashi,Maogen each 25g,Tongcao 5g,Puhuang,Dangguiwei,Danzhuye each 8g,Gancao 6g),Blood in the urine clear and Baixiancao 12g;Qi deficiency plus Huangzhi 25g,Taizishen 12g;And blood stasis with Chishao,Danshen each 10g;And toxic heat and Lianqiao 10g,Yinhua 9g.1/day,water frying to 200~300mL,2 times/day.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Both groups of consecutive treatment 7 d for 1 course of treatment,observation of clinical efficacy,adverse reactions.Four courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect[.Results]In treatment group recovered 21 cases,17 cases effective,ineffective 9 cases,treatment the total effective rate was 80.85%;The control group recovered 11 cases,16 cases effectively,invalid 20 cases,treatment the total effective rate was 57.45%,the treatment group effect better than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Xiaojiyinzi tang combined with danshen injection treatment of nephritis hematuria curative effect significantly,safe and reliable,is worth promoting.
