复方苦参注射液联合西药治疗晚期癌症疼痛随机平行对照研究

Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Morphine Sulfate Sustained Release Tablets in Treatment of Patients with Advanced Cancer Pain Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]观察复方苦参注射液联合西药治疗晚期癌症疼痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将66例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组30例补液、纠正离子紊乱、镇痛(美施康定)等对症治疗。治疗组36例复方苦参注射液30mL/d+氯化钠注射液250mL,静滴,1次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗17d为1疗程。观测临床症状、止痛疗效、卡氏评分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组完全缓解0例,部分缓解28例,轻度缓解6例,无效2例,好转率77.78%。对照组完全缓解0例,部分缓解28例,轻度缓解6例,无效2例,好转率53.33%。卡氏评分治疗组改善27例,稳定5例,降低4例;对照组改善14例,稳定11例,降低5例。临床疗效、KPS评分治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]复方苦参注射液联合西药治疗晚期癌症疼痛疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Compound Kushen injection combined with morphine sulfate sustained release tablets in treatment of cancer pain,curative effect.[ Methods] Randomized controlled random number table,66 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 30 patients with conventional treatment given rehydration to correct ion disorders,analgesia(MS Contin) symptomatic treatment.Treatment group of 36 patients in the control group on the basis of the addition of the compound matrine injection 30 mL / day added sodium chloride injection 250mL intravenous.They were treated for a course of treatment,each course of 17 days to determine efficacy.[ Results] The treatment group,improved 23 cases,stabilize 9 cases,the lower 4 cases.The control group,improved 14 cases,the stable 11 cases,the lower 5 cases.The treatment group and the control group in pain relief,KPS score improved significantly(P<0.05);The treatment group in the total efficiency was 77.78%,53.33% in the control group(P>0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group on analgesic effect of.[ Conclusion] Compound Kushen injection can be used for adjuvant therapy for advanced cancer pain.
