针刺联合干涉低周波治疗梨状肌综合征45例临床观察

Acupuncture and Low Frequency Interference PiriformisSyndrome,45 cases of Treatment of Clinical Observation

[目的]观察针刺联合干涉低周波治疗梨状肌综合征疗效。[方法]对45例梨状肌综合症患者针刺联合干涉低周波治疗。①针刺阿是穴,辅以秩边、承扶、委中、阳陵泉、飞扬等穴,1次/d。②干涉式低周波治疗仪,20min,1次/d。连续治疗10 d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈28例,显效10例,好转6例,无效1例,总有效率97.78%。[结论]针刺联合干涉低周波治疗梨状肌综合征效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the effect combined treatment of piriformis syndrome,low frequency interference effect.[ Methods] 45 cases of piriformis syndrome acupuncture therapy combined low-frequency interference.① acupuncture Ashi,supplemented Zhibian,Cheng Fu,Weizhong,Yanglingquan,Feiyang and other points,1 times / d.② interferometric low frequency therapeutic apparatus,20min,1 times / d.Continuous treatment 10 d as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[ Results] 28 cases were cured,10 cases markedly improved in 6 cases,1 case,the total effective rate 97.78%.[ Conclusion] acupuncture and low frequency interference piriformis syndrome treatment effect is significant and should be introduced.
