头部刺血疗法联合麦角胺咖啡因治疗偏头痛随机平行对照研究

Head Thorn Blood Therapy in Combination with Random Parallel Control Study Ergotamine Caffeine for Migraine Headache

[目的]观察头部刺血疗法联合麦角胺咖啡因治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组40例麦角胺咖啡因,1～2片/次,口服。治疗组40例头部刺血疗法,取患侧太阳穴、百会、阳陵泉、风池,按揉刺血部位保证局部的血管充盈,随后消毒,以左手拇指和食指固定住穴位,右手消毒三棱针点刺。消毒脱脂棉按压。放血7～9滴/次,1次/2d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈15例,有效24例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组治愈24例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]头部刺血疗法联合麦角胺咖啡因治疗偏头痛效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe thorn blood therapy in combination with head ergotamine caffeine curative effect on migraine.[ Methods]Using random parallel control method,80 cases of outpatient were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method.Control group 40 cases ergotamine caffeine(Shanghai sym pharma co.,LTD.,approved by H31020604),1~2 piece/times,oral.Thorn blood therapy treatment group 40 cases of Taiyangxue,Baihui,Yanglingquan,Fengchi,with thorn blood parts to ensure the local vascular filling,after disinfection,with his left thumb and forefinger hold points,right hand disinfection triangular needle prick.Sterilized absorbent cotton.Bleeding 7~9 drops/times,1/2days.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment 30days for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect[.Results]The treatment group 15 cases were cured,24 cases effectively,1 had no effect,total effective rate was 97.50%.Control group cure for 24 cases,12 cases were effectively,4 had no effect,total effective rate 90.00%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion]Head thorn blood therapy in combination with ergotamine caffeine treatment of migraine,worthy of promotion.
