火针治疗带状疱疹后遗症随机平行对照研究

Milli-fire Needle Therapy Clinical Observation of Herpes Zoster

[目的]观察火针治疗带状疱疹后遗症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将66例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为三组。点刺围刺电针组22例根椐神经节段和神经干走向/疼痛点/疱疹愈合后瘢痕、色素沉着点,毫针点刺围刺,不限针数,针身与皮肤成15°,刺入1寸深,得气后将神经节段和神经干走向两针为一组加电,密波,通电30min。西医组22例复合维生素B、曲马多、布洛芬,3次/d。火针组22例火针,取痛点、疱疹愈合后瘢痕及夹脊穴,局部涂万花油,1寸火针烧白亮,对患则瘢痕分布神经节段脊柱侧夹脊穴,直刺1寸;寻找痛点,不限数量,半寸火针烧白后斜针直刺,深度5mm;留针15min,出血者可挤出几滴后再按压止血,再涂万花油。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测疼痛、睡眠疗效、镇痛时效、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]疼痛、睡眠疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后镇痛时效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]毫火针治疗带状疱疹后遗症效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] observe fire needle treatment of herpes zoster treatment.[ Methods] Using randomized controlled method,66 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into three groups randomly.EA thorn prick around 22 cases noted in nerve segment and neural stem direction / pain points / sores healed scars,pigmentation point needle prick around thorn,limited number of stitches,needle body and the skin into 15 °,penetrate an inch deep,get gas after nerve segment and neural stem toward two needles for a group of power,density wave,power 30min.Treatment group 22 cases of vitamin B,tramadol,ibuprofen,3 times / d.Fire needle 22 cases fire needle,take pain points,herpes healing scar and Jiaji,partially coated Wan flower oil,1 inch fire needle burning white light,on the risk of the scar distribution ganglion spinal side Jiaji,piercing an inch;looking pain points,unlimited number of half an inch posterior oblique burning white hot needle piercing needle,depth 5mm;needle 15min,bleeding may squeeze a few drops and then press the bleeding,apply a million flowers oil.5d is a continuous course of treatment.Observations pain,sleep efficacy,analgesic prescription,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[ Results] pain,sleep efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,prescription analgesic treatment group than the control group(P <0.05)[.Conclusion] milli-fire needle treatment of herpes zoster effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
