电针配合推拿治疗习惯性便秘随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Habitual Constipation of Random Parallel Control

[目的]观察电针配合推拿治疗习惯性便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按挂号顺序分为两组,对照组45例电针,取天枢、支沟、关元、上巨虚、照海穴。取仰卧位,0.25×40mm针灸针,照海直刺0.5～0.8寸,余穴均直刺进针1～1.5寸,G6805-II型电针仪,留针30min,1次/d;麻仁丸,1丸/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组45例推拿,取仰卧位,点中脘、建里、气海、天枢、腹结、大横穴,2～3min/穴,序贯治疗,1次/d。电针治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、便秘症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效14例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率91.13%。对照组痊愈8例,显效13例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率80.02%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。便秘症状积分改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]电针配合推拿治疗习惯性便秘疗效显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]To observe the curative cooperate to massage the curative treatment of habitual constipation curative effect.[ Methods]With random parallel control method,90 cases of outpatients in registered mail order divided into two groups,including control group 45 cases,find day pivot,Tianshu,Zhigou,Guanyuan,Shangjuxu,Zhaohai.Take the supine position,use 0.25 by 40mm disposable sterile needle acupuncture,according to the straight prickles 0.5~0.8 inch,residual hole needle stab into 1~1.5inch,G6805II electric acupuncture apparatus(China suzhou medical supplies factory co.,LTD.),retaining needle 30min,1/day;Maren pills(Beijing tongrentang co.,LTD.,tongrentang pharmaceutical factory production Z11020139) approved by the state,1 pill/times,2 times/day,oral.Treatment group 45 cases massage,take the supine position,use the site often,in Zhongwan,Jianli,Qihai,Tianshu,Fujie,Daheng,the 2~3 min/den,sequential therapy,1/ day.Cupping treatment with the control group.For treatment of 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,constipation symptoms integral,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[ Results]In treatment group recovered in 16 cases,14 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate 91.13%.Control group 8 cases cured,13 cases had marked effect,15 cases were valid,invalid 9 cases,total effective rate was 80.02%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Constipation symptoms integral improved in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion]Massage cupping treatment the curative with habitual constipation curative effect is distinct,worthy of promotion of use..
