摘要
[目的]观察辨证治疗糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组40例消渴丸,1.25~2.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组40例辨证分型,脾肾阴虚:胡黄连、苍术、川连各10g,苦参、党参各12g,仙灵脾、杏仁各16g,虎杖、石斛、麦冬、熟地黄各20g;阴阳两虚:甘草10g,枸杞子、泽泻、知母各12g,肉桂15g,茯苓、黄芪、山茱萸、山药各20g等。气阴两虚:杜仲5g,葛根10g,当归、大黄、郁金、黄芪各15g,白芍、生地、丹参各20g。1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效22例,有效16例,无效2例。总有效率95.00%。对照组显效8例,有效11例,无效21例,总有效率47.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证治疗糖尿病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]Differential Treatment of diabetic observed.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,40 cases of Xiao Ke Wan,1.25 ~ 2.5g / time,3 times / d.Differential Treatment of 40 cases of treatment group.Spleen and kidney disease:Huhuanglian,Cangshu,Chuanglian each 10g,Kushen,Dangshen each 12g,Xianlingpi,Xingren each 16g,Huzhang,Shihu,Maidong,Shudihuang each 20g;Yin and Yang deficiency: Gancao 10g,Gouqizi,Zexie,Zhimu each 12g,Rougui 15g,Fuling,Huangqi,Shanzhuyu,Shanyao each 20g and so on.Qi hot card:Duzhong 5g,Gegen10g,Danggui,Dahuang,Yujin,Huangqi each 15g,white peony root,habitat,Salvia 20g.1 / d,decoction 150mL,sooner or later orally.28d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,fasting glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,adverse reactions..Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy[.Results]treatment group,22 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,2 cases.Total efficiency of 95.00%.Control group,8 cases were markedly effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 21 cases,total effective rate 47.50%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Fasting glucose,postprandial 2h plasma glucose in both groups improved in the treatment group than the control group improved(P <0.05)[.Conclusion]Differential Treatment of diabetic effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
