人参化瘀益气汤治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Renshen Huayu Yiqi Decoction Treatment of Angina Pectoris Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察人参化瘀益气汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将123例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组60例单硝酸异山梨酯片20mg/次,2次/d;肠溶阿司匹林片0.1g/次,1次/d;辛伐他汀片10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组63例人参化瘀益气汤(人参35g,丹参、白术各20g,桂枝、延胡索、三七、川芎、红花各10g,黄芪、党参、瓜萎、葛根、当归、于姜、赤芍各15g,降香、甘草5g),以500mL清水浸泡30min,待头煎水沸后以文火煎30min,滤去药渣,再加适量水煮沸15min左右,2次/d。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效29例,无效3例,加重0例,总有效率95.24%。对照组显效16例,有效30例,无效14例,加重0例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]人参化瘀益气汤治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observe Renshen Huayu Yiqi Decoction treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,123 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,60 cases of isosorbide mononitrate tablets 20mg / times,2 times / d;enteric-coated aspirin tablets 0.1g / time,1 time / d;Simvastatin Tablets 10mg / times,1 times / d.Treatment group 63 cases Renshen Huayu Yiqi Decoction(Renshen 35g,Danshen,Baishu each 20g,Guizhi,Yanhusuo,Sanqi,Chuanxiong,Honghua each 10g,Huangqi,Dangshen,Guawei,Gegen,Danggui,Yujiang,Chishao each 15g,Jiangxiang,Gancao 5g).To 500mL water soak 30min,until after the first Jianshui text gently boiling 30min,filtered dregs,plus the amount of boiling water about 15min,2 times / d.28d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,Frequency and duration of angina pectoris,ECG,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 31 cases,effective in 29 cases,3 cases,increased 0 cases,the total efficiency 95.24%.Control group,16 cases markedly effective 30 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,increased 0 cases,the total effective rate 76.67%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]ginseng Huayu Decoction treatment of angina pectoris effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
