摘要
[目的]观察酒黄连联合非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。低盐低脂饮食,戒烟限酒。对照组35例非洛地平缓释片,2.5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例酒黄连,黄连用黄酒拌匀,焖透,置锅内用文火炒干,取出放凉,研末装入胶囊,每颗胶囊含药材2g,2g/次,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、血常规﹑肝肾功能﹑心电图、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效22例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。对照组显效9例,有效13例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]酒黄连联合非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压头痛方面效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]to observe the wine rhizoma coptidis joint felodipine zyban treatment for high blood pressure,headache.[Methods]using random parallel control method,80 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.Low salt,low fat diet,quit smoking wine.Before and after treatment every do a routine blood,liver,kidney function,ECG examination.The control group of 35 cases of felodipine zyban,2.5 mg/d.Treatment group 40 cases of wine rhizoma coptidis,rhizoma coptidis with yellow rice wine and mix well,stewing,gently fry pan dry,cool,at the end of the research into capsules,each capsule contains herbs 2 g.2 g/times,2 times/d.Western medicine treatment with the control group.14 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group,15 cases were markedly improved effectively and 22 cases,8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.00%.13 cases of control group 9 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid 18 cases,total effective rate was 75.34%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Joint.[Conclusion]wine rhizoma coptidis felodipine zyban treatment effect is significantly high blood pressure,headache,worthy of promotion.
