柴胡舒肝散联合和解方剂治疗消化内科疾病140例临床观察

Chai Hu Shu Gan San Joint Settlement Agent Treating Digestive Internal Medicine Liver Disease in 140 Cases

[目的]观察柴胡舒肝散联合和解方剂治疗消化内科疾病疗效。[方法]对140例治疗消化内科疾病患者使用柴胡舒肝散和解方剂治疗,柴胡舒肝散(柴胡、陈皮各6g,川芎、香附、枳壳、芍药各4.5g),胃炎与消化性溃疡合良附丸、荜茇、吴萸、砂仁等;胃食管反流合旋复代赭汤;功能性胃肠病合四逆散、参苓白术散和附子理中丸;肝、胆、胰疾病合金铃子散;慢性腹泻合四神丸;1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈107例,显效21例,无效12例,总有效率91.42%。[结论]柴胡舒肝散联合和解方剂治疗消化内科疾病效果良好。

[Objective]To observe Chaihu Shugansan Hejieji Treating Digestive Internal Medicine Liver Disease curative effect.[Methods]Treatment for 140 cases of patients with diseases of Gastroenterology Bupleurum Shu Gan San settlement agent therapy,Bupleurum Shu Gan San(Chaihu,Chenpi each 6g,Chuanxiong,Xiangfu,Zhike,Shaoyao each 4.5g),Gastritis and peptic ulcer LIANG attached pills,Piper longum,Wu Yu,Amomum,etc.;gastroesophageal reflux together Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Tang;functional gastrointestinal disorders together Sini,SHENLINGBAISHU scattered and Aconite Pill;liver,gallbladder,pancreas diseases alloy bell scattered;chronic diarrhea combined Shishenwan;1 does / d,decoction 300mL,sooner or later orally.14d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]107 cases cured,21 cases had marked effect,12 had no effect,and total effective rate was 91.42%.Wood Hu Shu liver scattered settlement agent[.Conclusion]treatment of digestive internal medicine disease effect is good.
