丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Injection in the Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组44例常规抗心力衰竭,限制食盐摄入量,应用强心剂、利尿剂,实施抗血小板治疗;无流出道梗阻加血管扩张剂。治疗组44例丹参川芎嗪注射液,10mL/次,1次/d,静滴,西药治疗同对照组。均连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血流动力学指标、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组充血性心力衰竭症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后血流动力学指标改善幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);症状改善时间和用药时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure.[Methods]using random parallel control method,88 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.The control group of 44 cases of conventional anti heart failure,limit salt intake,application of arm,diuretics,the implementation of antiplatelet therapy;No outflow obstruction symptoms in patients with combined with vasodilator.Treatment group(44 cases of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection,10 ml/second,1 / d,static,western medicine treatment with the control group.Both continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,hemodynamic index,adverse reactions.For 2 course of treatment,to judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group patients with congestive heart failure symptoms treatment effect is better than the control group;Improve the hemodynamic parameters before and after treatment was significantly greater than the control group;Time and duration of symptoms improved significantly shorter than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] to observe the curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure,is worth promoting.
