生脉胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Shengmai capsule combined with Western medicine treatment of angina stable angina randomized controlled study

[目的]观察生脉胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将104例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组52例肠溶阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d。单硝酸异山梨酯,20mg/次,2次/d。心绞痛发作时,舌下含服硝酸甘油,0.5mg/次。治疗组52例生脉胶囊1.05g/次,3次/d。西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗84d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作、硝酸甘油使用、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率96.15%。对照组显效30例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率82.69%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心电图改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]生脉胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observed Shengmai Capsule Combined with Western treatment of angina stable angina.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,104 patients were randomly divided into two groups.By the disease need to be given blood pressure,lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic therapy.Before and after treatment blood,urine,electrolytes,liver and kidney function,blood sugar and blood lipids,and make ECG.Control group,52 cases of enteric-coated aspirin,100mg/times,1 times/d.Isosorbide mononitrate,20mg/ times,2 times/d.Angina pectoris,sublingual nitroglycerin,0.5mg/times.52 patients shengmai 1.05g/time,3 times/d.Western medicine with the control group.Both groups were continuous treatment 84d as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,ECG,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group 26 cases,effective in 14 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.15%.Control group,30 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 82.69%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).ECG improve treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Shengmai capsule combined with western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
