桂芍知母汤与针灸联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎随机平行对照研究

Gui Shao Zhimu Soup with Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察桂芍知母汤与针灸联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将99例住院及门诊患者根据就诊顺序编号法随机分为三组。西医组33例甲氨蝶呤,10mg/次,1次/d,口服。关节疼痛明显口服非甾类药物,双氯芬酸钠缓释片,50mg/次,2次/d,饭后口服。中医组33例桂芍知母汤(防风、白术、桂枝各12g,麻黄、芍药各10g,甘草6g,生姜14g,知母、附子各11g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚饭后口服。针灸:针刺采用捻转提插补泻法,1次/d,随后温针2次。背俞一般用附子饼间接灸法(附子饼为附子、肉桂、冰片以40:9:1比例制成)。中西结合组33例联合西药组和中药组治疗方法。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]中西医结合组显效19例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率93.94%。中医组显效17例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率78.79%。西医组显效15例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率75.76%。中西医结合组疗效优于中医组和西医组(P<0.05)。[结论]桂芍知母汤与针灸联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]observed Zhimu Tang Gui Shao acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,99 cases of inpatient and outpatient visits are numbered sequentially according randomly divided into three groups.Treatment group 33 cases of methotrexate,10mg / times,1 times / d,orally.Joint pain was oral non-steroidal drugs,diclofenac sodium tablets,50mg / times,2 times / d,orally after a meal.Practitioners 33 cases Gui Shao Zhimu soup(Fangfeng,Baish,Guizhi each 12g,Mahuang,Shaoyao each 10g,Gancao 6g,Shengjiang 14g,Zhimu,Fuzi each 11g),1 does/ d,decoction 500mL,orally morning and evening meal.Acupuncture: Acupuncture twisting mentioned interpolation using reducing method,a time / d,followed by warm needle two times.Back-Yu generally connected with monkshood ask moxibustion(monkshood as Fuzi,Rougui,Bingpian made to 40 :9 :1 ratio).WM group 33 cases of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group and group therapy.7d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,C-reactive protein,rheumatoid factor,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Integrative group 19 cases were markedly effective in 12 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency 93.94%.Practitioners 17 cases,effective in 9 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency of 78.79%.Treatment group,15 cases,10 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency 75.76%.Integrative medicine group than the group and treatment group(P <0.05)[.Conclusion]Gui Shao Zhimu soup with acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,the effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
