凉膈清肺汤联合西医治疗麻疹随机平行对照研究

Liang ge qing fei Soup Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Measles Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察凉膈清肺汤联合西医治疗麻疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将54例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例西药常规治疗(纠正水电酸碱平衡、对症、能量补充等)。治疗组30例凉膈清肺汤(杏仁2g,蒲公英15g,炙甘草、麻黄、黄芩各9g,虎杖10g,石膏25g。)热邪入体加连翘、银花、鱼腥草;剧烈咳嗽且咳痰加葶苈子、全瓜蒌、苏子;身大热口大渴、汗出恶热口舌生疮加知母、生地和山药;呼吸喘促加玄参、黄芪;面色紫黯、疹色不鲜加丹皮、蝉蜕、赤芍和竹茹;高热始终不退加地鳖虫和水牛角。药材水浸,水煎100mL,1剂/d。西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮疹、发热、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率93.99%。对照组痊愈9例,显效7例,有效2例,无效6例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。体征改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]凉膈清肺汤联合西医治疗麻疹效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]to observe Liang ge qing fei Soup combined with western medicine treatment for measles.[Methods]using random parallel control method,the 54 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 30 cases of acid-base balance,water,salt,symptomatic treatment and energy supplement,etc.Both groups of 4 ～ 10d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Cool treatment group of 30 cases of Liang ge qing fei Soup(2g Xingren,9g Mahuang,15g Pugongying,9g Huangchen,Huzhang 10g,9g Zhigancao,25g Shigao.)Heat into the body,Lianqiao,honeysuckle Yinhua and Yuxingcao;Have a severe cough and sputum semen Tinglizi,Quangualou and Suzi;Big hot mouth thirsty,sweat out evil hot breath of sores,Zhimu,Shengdi and Shanyao;Breathing palpitations,Xuanshen,Huangshi;Complexion dark purple,rash,color is not bright,Danpi,Chantui,Chishao and Zhuru;Always high fever cannot drop,add Chinese polyphaga and buffalo horn.Medicinal water,boiling water 100 ml,1 / d.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Observation of clinical symptoms,skin rash,fever,respiratory symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group(15 cases cured,8 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,2 had no effect,total effective rate 93.99%.Control group cure 9 cases,7 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,6 cases,total effective rate was 75.00%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Signs of improvement in treatment group is better than that of control group(P< 0.05).Cool ke qing lung soup combined with western medicine.[Conclusion]measles treatment effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
