术后分期使用中药与整复按摩联合手术内固定治疗掌侧缘劈裂桡骨远端骨折随机平行对照研究

Postoperative Stage Internal Fixation Combined with Reconstructive Massage Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Palm Lateral Margin Fracture of Distal Radius Fractures Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察术后分期使用中药与整复按摩联合手术内固定技术治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将126例住院患者按就诊时间顺序分为两组。对照组63例手术内固定术。治疗组63例术后早期桃红四物汤,1剂/d,水煎150mL,2次/d;五苓散1剂/d,水煎150mL,2次/d;恢复中期:和营止痛汤1剂/d,水煎150mL,2次/d;恢复后期:六味地黄丸1.44g/次,3次/d。整个恢复期根据患者情况实施中医手法整复按摩。手术治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、愈合时间、住院时间、围手术期、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组优19例,良25例,可15例,差4例,总有效率93.65%。对照组优10例,良14例,可27例,差12例,总有效率80.95%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。骨折愈合和手术住院时间比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]术后分期使用中药与整复按摩联合手术内固定技术治疗桡骨远端骨折效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined operation internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,126 patients are numbered according to the visiting time sequence,number in control group,the treatment group number selected.A control group of 63 cases of operation fixation techniques for treatment.The treatment group of 63 cases of early postoperative Taohong Siwu Decoction,1 doses of/d,Decoction 150mL,2/d.Poria five powder agent 1/d,Decoction 150mL,2 times/d;restore medium-term taking and camp Zhitong decoction 1 agent / d,Decoction 150mL,2 times /d;recovery late in taking the six tastes glutinous rehmannia pill 1.44g/times,3/ d.The recovery period according to the actual situation of patients with TCM manipulation massage.Operation treatment with the control group.The two groups were continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,healing time,hospitalization time,surround operation period,adverse reaction.Continuous 4 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 19 cases of excellent,good in 25 cases,15cases,poor in4cases,the total efficiency of 93.65%.The control group was excellent in 10 cases,good in 14 cases,27 cases,poor in 12 cases,the total efficiency of 80.95%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing and operation is the treatment group than the control group hospitalization time(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Herbal decoction combined operation internal fixation for the treatment of fractures of the distal radius effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
