牵引及针灸联合氟桂利嗪与补肾活血通络方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Combined Traction Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察牵引及针灸联合氟桂利嗪与补肾活血通络方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组25例盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg/次,1次/d;补肾活血通络方(当归、丹参各15g,川芎、红花各6g,威灵仙、桃仁、桂枝、葛根、赤芍、天麻、菊花、白芷各10g,全虫3g,珍珠母20g)1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。治疗组25例牵引及针灸:取坐位,颈椎枕颔带牵引,颈部稍前屈,牵引质量约为5kg,20min/次,1次/d。牵引后针灸,取颈夹脊穴、大椎、风池、风府、百会等穴位,行平补平泻手法,留针20min,1次/d。氟桂利嗪与补肾活血通络方治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效4例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈10例,显效4例,有效4例,无效7例,总有效率72.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]牵引及针灸联合氟桂利嗪与补肾活血通络方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]to observe the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)traction combined flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and acupuncture treatment of curative effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.[Methods]using random parallel control method,50 patients hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.Controlgroupof25casesofflunarizinehydrochloridecapsule)(west,10mg/times,1/d.Kidney invigorate the circulation oft2dm,(Dangguo,Danshen15g,Chuanqiong,Honghua6g,Weilingxian,Taoren,Guizhi,Gegen,Chishao,Tianma,Guhua,Baizhi10g,Quanchong3g,Zhenzhumu20g)1/d,and 200 ml water.Sooner or later.Treatment group(25 cases of traction and acupuncture: sitting,cervical vertebra occipital jaw belt traction,the neck slightly forward bends,drawing quality which is about 5 kg,20 min/times,1/d.After acupuncture,neck clip ridge cave,big job,wind pool,winds mansion,best to point,line or flat of flat,retaining needle 20 min,1/d.Traction and acupuncture:sitting,cervical vertebra occipital jaw belt traction,the neck slightly forward bends,drawing quality which is about 5 kg,20 min/ times,1/d.After acupuncture,neck clip ridge cave,big job,wind pool,winds mansion,best to point,line or flat of flat,retaining needle 20 min,1/d.In the two groups were 30 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,VAS score,adverse reactions.2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect[.Results]the treatment group 20 cases cured,4 cases had marked effect,1 case effectively,0 no effect,total effective rate 100%.The control group,10 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,effective 4 cases,7 had no effect,total effective rate was 72.00%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]TCM traction combined flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and acupuncture therapy is effective on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,is worth promoting.
