中药保留灌肠联合健脾止泻汤治疗护理慢性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

TCM Retention Enema Nurse Treating Joint Jianpizhixie Parallel Randomized Controlled Study of Chronic Colitis

[目的]观察中药保留灌肠联合健脾止泻汤治疗护理慢性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将183例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。健脾止泻汤(防风、藿香各10g,薏苡仁、茯苓、淮山各20g,黄芪、党参、炒白术、内金、山楂、力曲各15g,升麻6g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。均实施心理、饮食、起居、灌肠等积极护理措施。对照组93例庆大霉素16万U+甲硝唑100mL行保留灌肠,1次/d。治疗组90例中药保留灌肠(白头翁、黄芪各15g,炒山药、丹参、柯子、苍术、侧伯叶、白芨各10g,肉桂、黄连各6g),水煎200mL保留灌肠,1剂/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈24例,显效60例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率98.89%。对照组痊愈12例,显效54例,好转24例,无效3例,总有效率96.77%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药保留灌肠联合健脾止泻汤治疗慢性结肠炎疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect retention enema combined Jianpizhixie treating chronic colitis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,183 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups.Jianpizhixie soup(Fangfeng,Huoxiang each 10g,Yiyiren,Fuling,Huaishan each 20g,Huangqi,Dangshen,Chaobaishu,Neijin,Shanzha,Liqu each 15g,Shengma 6g),decoction 100mL,1 does / d,orally morning and evening.Are implemented psychological,diet,living,enemas and other positive care measures.Control group,93 cases of gentamicin 160,000 U + metronidazole 100mL OK retention enema,1 times / d.Treatment group 90 cases of retention-enema(Baitouweng,Huangqi each 15g,Chaoshanyao,Danshen,Kezi,Cangshu,Ceboye,Baiji each 10g,Rougui,Huanglian each 6g),decoction enema 200mL,1 / d.14d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 24 cases,effective in 60 cases,improved in 5 cases,1 case,the total effective rate 98.89%.Control group cured 12 cases,effective in 54 cases,improved in 24 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 96.77%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]TCM retention enema combined Jianpizhixie treating chronic colitis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
