辨证护理急性上消化道出血随机平行对照研究

Random Parallel Control Study of Nursing of Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treated Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

[目的]观察辨证护理急性上消化道出血效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组34例常规心理护理饮食指导、并发症护理。护理组34例辨证施护、病情观察、情志护理。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组满意30例,较满意4例,不满意0例,总满意率100.00%。对照组满意14例,较满意13例,不满意7例,总满意率79.42%。护理组满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应护理组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证护理急性上消化道出血效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing for acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.[Methods]using random parallel control method,the clinic/hospital patients randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group of 34 cases of routine nursing,psychological nursing,diet guidance,complications such as nursing measures.Nursing group of 34 cases of the nursing observation syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,modern nursing,the nursing care such as syndrome differentiation of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Row 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]Nursing group with 30 cases,4 cases were satisfactory,not satisfied 0 cases,total effective rate was 100.00%.13 cases of control group,14 cases with satisfactory,unsatisfactory in 7 cases,total effective rate was 79.42%.Nursing group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions to the nursing group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.[Conclusion]TCM dialectical nursing effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
