摘要
[目的]观察辨证分型治疗喉痹疗效。[方法]对98例喉痹急诊患者辨证分型治疗。风热喉痹疏风清热汤;寒伏喉痹射干麻黄汤;阴虚喉痹封髓丹;阳虚喉痹八味地黄汤。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈64例,显效28例,无效6例,总有效率94.00%。[结论]辨证分型治疗喉痹效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the effect Houbi treatment efficacy.[Methods]98 cases of pharyngitis emergency patients medicine syndrome differentiation treatment.Wind-heat Houbi using dispersing heat soup;cold volt Houbi using Shegan Mahuangtang;Yin Houbi using Fengsuidan;Yang Ba Wei Di Huang Tang Houbi use.3d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]cured 64 cases,effective in 28 cases,6 cases,total effective rate 94.00%.[Conclusion]Chinese medicine treatment of pharyngitis effect is significant and should be introduced.
