身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗风湿病156例临床观察

Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Treating Rheumatism 156 cases of Clinical Observation

[目的]观察身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗风湿病疗效。[方法]对156例住院患者使用身痛逐瘀汤(川芎10g,秦艽15g,红花5g,桃仁10g,羌活15g,当归,牛膝各10g,香附15g,丹参20g,地龙、木瓜各10g,鸡血藤、伸筋草、桑枝各15g,砂仁、防风、陈皮、清半夏各10g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚服用。连服7剂,关节肿痛等临床表现得到缓解,气短懒言、四肢无力加白术20g,黄芪30g。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈137例,好转19例,无效0例,恶化0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗风湿病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observe Shentong Zhuyu Decoction treatment of rheumatism treatment.[Methods] 156 cases of hospitalized patients with Shentong Zhuyu Tang(Chuanxiong 10g,Qinjiu 15g,Honghua 5g,Taoren 10g,Qianghuo 15g,Danggui,Niuxi 10g,Xiang Fu 15g,Danshen 20g,Digua,Mugua 10g,Jixueteng,Zhongjincao,Sangzhi each 15g,Sharen,Fangfeng,Chenpi,Qingbanxia each 10g,Gancao 6g),1 does / d,decoction 300mL,sooner or later take.Even served seven,the joint pain and other clinical manifestations,although be effectively alleviated,but still out of shortness of breath,weakness,plus Baishu 20g,Huangqi 30g.10d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy[.Results]137 cases were cured,improved in 19 cases,ineffective in 0 cases,worsening 0 cases,the total efficiency 100.00%.[Conclusion]Shentong Zhuyu Decoction treatment of rheumatism effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
