康复新液治疗轻症手足口病皮疹随机平行对照研究

Kangfuxin Treatment of Mild HFMD Rash Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察康复新液治疗轻症手足口病皮疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组60例利巴韦林,0.1g/次,1次/d。皮疹处涂抹擦阿昔洛韦软膏,3次/d。治疗组60例口服、外用,康复新液,<12个月3mL/次,3次/d;>12个月5mL/次,3次/d。皮疹处涂抹康复新液,3次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、体温、皮疹、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效50例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效35例,有效6例,无效19例,总有效率68.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]康复新液治疗轻症手足口病皮疹效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observe Kangfuxin treating mild HFMD rash treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method of 120 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to.Control group,60 cases of ribavirin,0.1g / times,1 times / d.Apply rub rash ointment acyclovir,3 times / d.Treatment group,60 cases of oral,topical,rehabilitation new liquid,<12 months 3mL / time,3 times / d;> 12 months in children with 5mL / time,3 times / d.Apply rash Kangfuxin solution,3 times / d.7d is a continuous course of treatment,to determine efficacy.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 50 cases,8 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.67%.Control group,35 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,19 cases,total effective rate 68.33%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Kangfuxin treating mild HFMD rash effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
