三金汤治疗肾结石随机平行对照研究

Sanjin Tang Treatment of Kidney Stones Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察三金汤治疗肾结石疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组36例排石冲剂,20g/次,3次/d;维生素K3,4mg/次,3次/d,肌注。治疗组36例三金汤(甘草9g,泽泻、莪术各12g,泽兰15g,杜仲、车前子各18g,鸡内金24g,金钱草、海金沙、茯苓、黄芪各30g)水煎100mL,1剂/d,早晚服用。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、结石状况、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。对照组痊愈显效19例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三金汤治疗肾结石效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observed Sanjin Tang treatment of kidney stones treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,72 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 36 patients taking a row of stone granules;vitamin K3,4mg/time,3 times/ d,intramuscularly.Observation group,36 cases Sanjin Tang(Gancao9g,Zexie、Ezhu 12g,Zelan15g,Duzhong、Cheqianzi each 18g,Jineijin24g,Jinqiancao、Haijinsha、Fuling、Huangshi each 30g)decoction 100mL,1dose/day,sooner or later take.Both groups were continuous treatment one week course of treatment,observation clinical efficacy,adverse reactions.Four cycles of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group cured 26 cases,markedly effective 8 cases,ineffective 2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.44%.Control group cured 19 cases,markedly effective 9 cases,ineffective 8 cases,the total efficiency of 77.78%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Sanjin tang significant effect treatment of kidney stones,get a good effect,should be introduced.
