血府逐淤汤联合西药治疗心绞痛随机平行对照研究

XieFuZhuYu Soup Combined Random Parallel Control Study Western Medicine Treatment of Angina Pectoris

[目的]观察血府逐淤汤联合西药治疗心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例肠溶阿斯匹林片50mg/次,1次/d,口服;辛伐他丁2mg/次,1次/d,口服;消心痛50mg/次,2次/d,口服;倍他洛克50mg/次,2次/d,口服;硝酸甘油针硝酸甘油针10mL+5%葡萄糖500mL,静滴。治疗组40例血府逐瘀汤(桃仁、柴胡各12g,红花、川芎、当归、生地黄、广三七各15g,赤芍20g,牛膝、桔梗、枳壳、水蛭各10g,甘草3g,丹参30g)。1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚饭后30min温服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续总时间、ST段变化情况、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效32例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组显效20例,有效10例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续总时间、ST段变化均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]血府逐淤汤联合西药治疗心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe XieFuZhuYu soup combined western medicine curative effect on angina pectoris.[Methods]using random parallel control method,80 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.The control group,40 cases of enteric aspirin tablet 50 mg/times,1/ d,oral;Simvastatin,2mg/1/d,oral;Isosorbide dinitrate 50 mg/times,2 times/d,oral;Times he 50 mg/time,2 times/d,oral;Nitroglycerin nitroglycerin needle 10 ml + 5% glucose 500 ml,static drops.Treatment group(40 cases therapeutic(12gTaoren,Chaihu,Honghua,Chuanqiong,Danggui,Shengdiihuang,Guangsanqi each 15g,Chishao 20g,Niuxi,Jiegeng,Zhike,Shuizhi each 10g,Gancao3g,Danshen 30g).1/d,water frying,400 ml,30 min after the meal in the morning and evening temperature is uniform.Western medicine treatment with the control group.14d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,attack frequency of angina,angina,total duration,ST segment changes,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 32 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 92.50%.10 cases of control group 20 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid 10 cases,total effective rate was 75.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Attack frequency of angina,angina pectoris total duration and ST segment changes in the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).XieFuZhuYu soup combined western medicine therapy.[Conclusion]angina pectoris effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
