天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

Gastrodia Elata Uncaria Drink Soup Treating Hypertension Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例西医药物治疗,主要药物为苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片、酒石酸美托洛尔片、卡托普利片、依那普利片,根据病情情况选用。治疗组60例天麻钩藤饮(天麻、菖蒲各8g,生龙骨先煎、生牡蛎先煎各30g,钩藤、远志各10g,怀牛膝25g,栀子、黄芩各6g,白芍、麦冬各15g,杜仲、桑寄生、柴胡各9g。便秘加玄参20g,严重加大黄20～30g;低热不退加地骨皮8g,白薇9g;气血心悸加人参15g,小麦30g,茯神10g;口苦面赤,心烦易怒加龙胆草6g,夏枯草9g;痰湿重加半夏、陈皮各9g);1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效38例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率91.70%。对照组显效26例,有效20例,无效14例,总有效率76.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the rhizoma gastrodiae uncaria drink soup treating high blood pressure effect.[Methods]using random parallel control method,120 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group of 60 cases treated by western medicine drugs,the main drugs for l benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine piece,tartaric acid metoprolol,captopril and pills,selected according to the illness condition.Treatment group of 60 cases of gastrodia elata uncaria drink soup(Tianma,Changpu each 8g,Shenglonggu,Shengmuli 30g,Gouteng,Yuanzhi each 10g,Huainiuxi each 25g,Zhizi,Huangqin 6g,Baishao,Maidong each 15g,Duzhong,Sangjisheng,Chaihu 9g.Constipation and Xuanshen 20g,serious increase DAhuang 20 ～ 30g,low thermal not refund plus Digupi 8g,9g Baiwei;blood heart palpitations and Rensheng 15g,Xiaomai 30g,10gFushen;eight mouth bitter face red,upset,irritability and Longdancao 6g,9gXiakucao;wet weight and Banxia,Chenpi 9g)1/d,and 500 mLwater,oral sooner or later.Continuous treatment of 28d of 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical efficacy,adverse reactions.For 2 course of treatment(56d),determine the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 38 cases had marked effect,17 cases effective,5 no effect,the total effective rate was 91.70%.The control group 26 cases were markedly effective,effective 20 cases,14 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.70%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Gastrodia elata.[Conclusion]Uncaria drink soup treating high blood pressure effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
