摘要
[目的]通过实验方法研究分析车前提取工艺。[方法]采用L9(34)重复正交试验设计方法,将车前草中大车前苷含量设定为检验和评价指标,逐一考察乙醇浓度(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)、乙醇用量(D),分析各因素对车前草中大车前苷提取率影响,优选出车前草的最佳提取工艺条件和相关参数。采用HPLC方法对车前草提取液中所含大车前苷含量进行测定。[结果]乙醇浓度、提取次数和提取时间,以及溶媒量对车前草中大车前苷提取都能产生较为明显的影响,作用大小可排序为:提取次数>提取时间>溶媒量>乙醇浓度。增加提取次数也可使得大车前苷提取率更高。[结论]车前草醇提物,大车前苷是主要有效成分之一。
[Objective]Experimental research and analysis through extraction front of the car.[Methods] using L9(34) orthogonal design repeated the plantain Plantago glucoside set for the examination and evaluation,each expedition ethanol concentration(A),extraction time(B),extraction times(C),the amount of ethanol(D),analysis of various factors on plantain Plantago glycoside extraction rate effects,preferably before moving grass optimum extraction conditions and related parameters.The HPLC method plantain Plantago extract contained glycosides were determined.[Results]ethanol concentration,extraction times and extraction time,and solvent volume on plantain Plantago glycoside extract can produce a more significant impact,the role of size can be sorted as follows: extraction times> extraction time> solvent content> ethanol concentration.Increase the number of extraction can also cause higher rates of Plantago glycoside extract.[Conclusion]ethanol extract of plantain,Plantago glycosides is one of the main active ingredient.
