清肺平喘液雾化吸入联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病随机平行对照研究

Clearing the lungs and asthma inhalation solution combined with western treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease randomized controlled study

[目的]观察清肺平喘液雾化吸入联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将104例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组52例抗生素,头孢他啶,2.0g/次,q8h,静滴;一般止咳化痰剂。治疗组52例清肺平喘口服液(麻黄60g,生石膏300g,苦杏仁炒120g,紫苏子炒80g,川贝母150g,黄芩180g,枇杷叶蜜制150 g,葶苈子260g,钩藤75g,桑白皮蜜制150g,羚羊角粉10g。无菌提取20mL药液,超声雾化吸入。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、TLC肺总量(L)、RV残气量(L)、FVC用力肺活量(L)、FEV1第1秒钟用力呼吸容积(L)、MVV每分钟最大通气量(L/S)、PEF最大呼气流量(L)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈32例,显效12例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率96.15%。对照组痊愈26例,显效14例,有效7例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肺功能指标两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清肺平喘液雾化吸入联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Clearing the lungs and asthma was observed inhalation combined with western medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,104 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,52 cases of antibiotics,ceftazidime,2.0g / times,q8h,intravenous;generally cough and phlegm agent.Treatment group 52 cases of Clearing the lungs and asthma treatment group 52 cases of oral(Mahuang 60g,Shengshigao 300g,Kuxingren fried 120g,Zisuzi fried 80g,Chuanbeimu 150g,Huangqin 180g,Pipayemizhi 150 g,Tinglizi 260g,Gouteng 75g,Sangbaipimizhi 150g,Lingyang Jiaofen 10g.sterile 20mL liquid extraction,ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.western medicine with the control group.7d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,TLC total lung capacity(L),RV residual volume(L),FVC forced vital capacity(L),FEV1 forced expiratory volume in one second(L),MVV maximum ventilation per minute(L / S),PEF peak expiratory flow(L),adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 32 cases,12 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.15%.Control group cured 26 cases,14 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,5 cases,the total efficiency of 90.38%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Improvement in lung function in both groups,the treatment group than the control group improved(P <0.05).[Conclusion]clearing the lungs and asthma inhalation solution combined with western treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
