茵连痛风与虎杖痛风颗粒辨证分期联合西药治疗痛风性关节炎随机平行对照研究

Wormwood Even Gout with Giant Knotweed Gout Granule Differentiation Stage Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Gouty Arthritis Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察茵连痛风与虎杖痛风颗粒辨证分期联合西药治疗痛风性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将185例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组91例间歇期苯溴马隆片50mg/次,1次/d。急性期双氯芬酸纳缓释胶囊50mg/次,2次/d。治疗组94例间歇期茵连痛风颗粒50mg/次,2次/d;血尿酸水平>500μmol/L,加服苯溴马隆片50mg/次,1次/d。急性期虎杖痛风颗粒12g/次,2次/d,局部热痛红肿患处关节敷用金黄膏,约3mm厚度,面积略大于肿胀疼痛范围,1次/d,加服双氯芬酸纳缓释胶囊50mg/次,1次/d。连续治疗84d为1疗程。观测临床症状、健康自我认识、社会功能、心理功能、生理功能、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈53例,显效27例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率96.81%。对照组痊愈37例,显效18例,有效12例,无效24例,总有效率73.63%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。自我评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]茵连痛风与虎杖痛风颗粒辨证分期联合西药治疗痛风性关节炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy effect of gouty arthritis.[Methods]using random parallel control method,185 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group,91 cases of intermittent period of benzene bromide Malone 50 mg/time,1/d.The acute phase of diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules 50 mg/time,2 times/d.The treatment group,94 cases of intermittent period of gout granule 50 mg/time,2 times/d;Blood uric acid level > 500 mu mol/L,add benzene bromide Malone 50 mg/ time,1/d.Acute phase knotweed gout granule 12 g/times,2 times/d,local pain swelling sore joints,apply the cream with golden,about 3 mm thickness,area is slightly greater than the scope of swelling and pain,1/d,add diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules 50 mg/times,1/d.84 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,healthy self-awareness,social function,psychological function,physiological function,and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group(53 cases cured,27 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.81%.Control group cure 37 cases,18 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,invalid 24 cases,total effective rate was 73.63%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Self score in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]the effect of TCM plus western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis,is worth promoting.
