茵陈柴平汤联合西药治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎50例临床观察

Capillaries Chairing Treating Severe Chronic Hepatitis B 50 Cases

[目的]观察茵陈柴平汤治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]对50例住院患者茵陈柴平汤(茵陈30g,人参、柴胡、黄芩、半夏、苍术、陈皮各15g,厚朴、甘草、生姜、枳实、大枣各10g);1剂/d,水煎150mL,3次/d。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、HBV-DNA、肝功能、乙肝五项、上腹部B超、甲胎蛋白、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈20例,显效18例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。[结论]茵陈柴平汤治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎效果良好,有推广价值。

[Objective]To observe the wormwood Chai Ping soup curative effect of severe chronic hepatitis B.[Methods]50 cases of hospitalized patients with gall Chai Ping soup(Yinchen 30g,Renshen,Chaihu,Huangchen,Banxia,Cangshu,Chenpi each 15g,Houpu,Gancao,Shengjiang,Zhishi,Dazao every 10g),less settlement Yang,the liver functions,and qi.1 / d,and 150 ml water,3 times/d,with conventional drug treatment.Continuous treatment of 60 d 1 course of treatment.Clinical curative effect observation,HBV-DNA,liver function,five items of hepatitis B,upper abdomen,B ultrasonic,AFP,adverse reactions.For 2 course of treatment,to judge curative effect.[Results]20 cases cured,18 cases had marked effect,8 cases,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate 93.33%.Gall Chai Ping soup.[Conclusion]Treatment of severe chronic hepatitis b Results is good,has promoted value.
