活血益肾饮联合西医治疗孤立性浆细胞瘤5例临床观察

Huoxue Yishen Method Treatment of Isolated Plasmacytoma Five Cases of Summary

[目的]观察活血益肾饮联合西医治疗孤立性浆细胞瘤疗效。[方法]对5例孤立性浆细胞瘤患者采用活血益肾饮联合西医治疗,西医VCD方案化疗(长春新碱、阿霉素、地塞米松)。活血益肾饮(红参另炖10g,黄芪30g,仙灵脾15g,补骨脂30g,田七3g,丹参20g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚服用。肾阳虚加桂枝、熟附子;肾阴虚加枸杞、黄精、鹿角胶;瘀血重加全蝎、蜈蚣等虫中药;骨蚀骨折者,加骨碎补、续断等。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床痊愈1例,显效3例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]活血益肾饮联合西医治疗孤立性浆细胞瘤能阻止及延后孤立性浆细胞瘤发展,值得推广。

[Objective]Observe Huoxue Yishen Method combined Western medicine treatment of solitary plasmacytoma effect.[Methods]for five cases of solitary plasmacytoma patients with Huoxue Yishen Method combined western medicine,Western medicine to give VCD chemotherapy(vincristine,adriamycin,dexamethasone).Huoxue Yishen Method(Hongshenlingdun10g,Huangqi 30g,Xianlingpi 15g,Buguzhi 30g,Tianqi 3g,Danshen 20g),1 does / d,decoction 300mL,sooner or later take.Kidney Guizhi,Shufuzi;kidney plus Gouqi,Huang Jing,Lujiaojiao;bleeding heavier scorpion,centipede worm medicine;bone erosion fracture,plusGusuibu,Xuduan and so on.Continuous treatment one month course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.6 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results] Clinical cure one case,three cases markedly effective one case,0 ineffective,the total effective rate 100.00%.[Conclusion]method combined with Western medicine treatment of kidney blood solitary plasmacytoma can prevent and delay the development of solitary plasmacytoma,worthy of promotion.
