针灸联合西药治疗缺血性中风早期偏瘫随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Combination with Western Medicine Treatment of Early Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegia Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察针灸治疗缺血性中风早期偏瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例药物治疗与康复技术,甘露醇、银杏达莫、血栓通、依达拉奉等,常规剂量给药,康复技术主要为抗痉挛体位控制和易化技术训练,1次/d。治疗组30例针灸,不锈钢毫针。选穴以运动区、感觉区、曲池、外关、合谷、血海、足三里、三阴交、丰隆、太溪、太冲为主。仰卧位,酒精消毒,选用1.5～3寸毫针刺入穴位,运动区、感觉区平刺0.5～0.8寸,曲池、外关直刺0.8～1寸,血海、足三里直刺1～1.5寸,合谷、三阴交、太冲直刺0.5～0.8寸、太溪直刺0.3～0.5寸。各穴针刺至得气,留针30min,每10min运针一次,持续1～2min。1次/d。其他治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为疗程。观测临床症状、运动与日常生活能力评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效14例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效7例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组运动与日常生活能力均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸治疗缺血性中风早期偏瘫效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia early curative effect.[Methods]using random parallel control method,60 patients with inpatient and outpatient according to visits are numbered sequentially layeredwere randomly divided into two groups.Control group 30 cases of drug treatment and rehabilitation techniques,mannitol,ginkgo and thrombosis,pursuant to the adr,and regular doses of rehabilitation technology mainly antispasmodic position control and technical training,1/d.The treatment group 30 cases of acupuncture and moxibustion,stainless steel needle.Choose acupuncture point with motor areas,sensory area,li 11,outside,or valley,blood,foot three mile,three vaginal intercourse,hong leong,too creek,lr 3 mainly.The supine position,use alcohol disinfection,choose 1.5 ～ 3 inch insertion into the meridians,motor area,sensory area 0.5 ～ 0.8 inch,li 11,closed up 0.8 ～ 1 inch,blood,foot three mile straight spines 1 ～ 1.5inches,or valley,three vaginal intercourse,lr 30.5 ～ 0.8 inches,and too straight creek stab 0.3 ～ 0.5 inches.Each point acupuncture to gas,retaining needle for 30 minutes,once every 10 minutes operation,1 ～ 2 minutes.1/d.Other treatment with the control group.Continuous to oh 7d for treatment.Clinical curative effect observation,sports and daily life ability score,adverse reactions.For 2 course of treatment,to judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group(14 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,5 no effect,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Control group effective 12 cases,7 cases were invalid in 11 cases,total effective rate was 63.33%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Two groups of movement and daily life ability were improved(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia early effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
