复肝汤联合热敏灸治疗慢性迁延性肝炎40例临床观察

Flavored after Liver Soup Combined Thermal Moxibustion Treatment for 40 Cases of Hepatitis of Chronic

[目的]观察复肝汤联合热敏灸治疗慢性迁延性肝炎疗效。[方法]对40例门诊慢性迁延性肝炎患者使用加味复肝汤(生黄芪、山药、生麦芽各30g,茯苓、当归各12g,炒白术、丹参各20g,党参、郁金、泽兰、生甘草、板蓝根各10g,柴胡9g,白芍、鸡内金、白花蛇舌草各15g)。1剂/d,水煎400mL,200mL/次,2次/d。热敏灸,3cm处悬艾条,腧穴啄灸2min,热敏化症状消失、皮肤灼热,隔天1次。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效30例,有效10例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。肝功能恢复正常37例,乙肝表面抗原转阴12例,核心抗体转阴14例,e抗原转阴15例。[结论]复肝汤联合热敏灸治疗慢性迁延性肝炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effects of Jiawei Fugan Decoction Combined with thermal moxibustion treatment of chronic persistent hepatitis.[Methods]40 cases of clinic patients of hepatitis of chronic use flavored after liver soup(Shenghuangqi,Shanyao,Shengmaiya each 30g,12g,poria cocos,angelica each Fried atractylodes,salvia miltiorrhiza each 20g,codonopsis,radix curcumae,ze LAN,licorice,radix isatidis every 10g,9g,radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae alba,chicken's gizzard-membrane,spreading hedyotis herb each 15 g).1/d,water frying,400 ml,200 ml/time,2 times/d.Hanging moxa roll thermal moxibustion,3cm,peck acupoints moxibustion 2 min,thermal symptoms disappear,skin burning,the next one.Continuous treatment of 10d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous four courses of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]30 cases markedly effective,effective in 10 cases;liver function returned to normal in 37 cases,the total effective rate was 100%,12 cases of hepatitis B surface antigen negative,core antibody negative in 14 cases,15 cases of e antigen negative[.Conclusion]the effect of Jiawei Fugan Decoction Combined with thermal moxibustion treatment of chronic persistent hepatitis is significant,worthy of promotion.
