昆布散熏蒸联合康复护理骨折术后随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察昆布散熏蒸联合康复护理骨折术后疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例常规康复护理,理疗+局部按摩。治疗组50例中药熏蒸,昆布散,根据骨折部位进行调整。上肢骨折,制乳香、制没药、桑枝、桂枝、当归、伸筋草、川姜活、补骨脂各10g,透骨草、独活、羊藿、川牛膝各15g,红花、木瓜各6g;下肢骨折,川牛膝、透骨草、独活各15g,三棱、莪术、细辛以及威灵仙、落得打、当归、没药、桂枝各10g;红花,木瓜各6g。使用3倍于药材的水量浸泡,1h后使用HY2-11熏蒸治疗机,通过微电脑控制,熏蒸患者骨折处,15～30min/次,2次/d。常规康复护理同对照组。连续治疗护理10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗护理1疗程(10d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效23例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组痊愈11例,显效23例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率86.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]昆布散熏蒸联合康复护理骨折术后效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]View Cha Kunbu bulk fumigation joint rehabilitation after fracture efficacy.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 50 cases of conventional rehabilitation nursing,physical therapy + partial massage.Medicine fumigation treatment group 50 cases,kelp powder,adjusted according to the fracture site.Upper extremity fractures,Zhiruxiang,Zhimeiyao,Sangzhi,Guizhi,Danggui,Shenjincao,Chuanjianghuo,Buguzhi each 10g,Tougucao,Duhuo,Yanghuo,Chuanniuxi each 15g,Honghua,Mugua each 6g;lower extremity fractures,Chuanniuxi,Tougucao,Duhuo each 15g,Sanling,Eshu and Xixin,Weilingxian,Luodeda,Danggui,Meiyao,Guizhi each 10g;Honghua,Mugua each 6g.Use three times the amount of water soaking herbs,1h after fumigation treatment using HY2-11 aircraft by microcomputer control,fumigation fracture patients,15 ～ 30min / times,2 times / d.Conventional rehabilitation care with the control group.10d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment(10d),to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure in 16 cases,effective in 23 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in one case,the total effective rate 98.00%.Control group cured 11 cases,effective in 23 cases,effective in 9 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency of 86.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Kelp Powder fumigation joint rehabilitation after fracture effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
