疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

Shugan Jianpi Hewei Method Treating Functional Dyspepsia Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将136例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组68例多潘立酮片,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组68例疏肝健脾和胃汤(厚朴、白芍各15g,柴胡、枳壳、香附、陈皮、法半夏、党参各10g,鸡内金8g,甘草3g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈18例,显效28例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率91.18%。对照组治愈10例,显效22例,有效19例,无效17例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]Observed Shugan Jianpi Hewei Method Treating Functional Dyspepsia.[Methods] Using randomized controlled method,136 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,68 cases of domperidone tablets,10mg / time,3 times / d.Treatment group 68 cases of Shugan Jianpi Hewei Method(Houbu,Baishao each 15g,Chaihu,Zhike,Xiangfu,Chenpi,Fabanxia,Danshen each 10g,Jineijin 8g,Gancao 3g),1 does / d,decoction 150mL,sooner or later orally.28d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 18 cases were cured,28 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency 91.18%.Control group,10 cases were cured,22 cases markedly effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 17 cases,total effective rate 75.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Shugan Jianpi Hewei Method treating functional dyspepsia effect is significant and should be introduced.
