扶正化积方联合穴位埋线治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变随机平行对照研究

Fuzheng Huaji Method Combined Embedding Therapy Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Precancerous Lesions Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察扶正化积方联合穴位埋线治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组30例扶正化积方(生黄芪、茯苓、炒白术、绞股蓝各10g,白花蛇舌草6g,当归10g,三七研粉冲服1g,穿山甲研粉冲服1g,生蒲黄包煎6g,五灵脂包煎6g);1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。治疗组30例穴位埋线疗法。取穴中脘、双侧足三里,穿刺针埋线,1次/周。中药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效3例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]扶正化积方联合穴位埋线治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变,效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]Observe Fuzheng Huaji Method combined embedding therapy treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesion effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,60 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,30 cases of Fuzheng Huaji Method(Shenghuangqi,Fuling,Chaobaishu,Jiaogulan 10g,Baihuasheshecao 6g,Danggui 10g,Sanqi powdered blunt 1g,Chuanshanjia powdered blunt 1g,Shengpuhuang fried 6g,Wulingzhi fry 6g);1 does / d,decoction 300mL,sooner or later orally.Treatment group 30 cases catgut embedding therapy.Acupoints in the abdominal,bilateral Zusanli needle embedding method,1 times / week.Chinese medicine treatment with the control group.90d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,15 cases markedly effective in 10 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Control group,effective in 3 cases,effective in 15 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency 60.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Fuzheng Huaji Method combined embedding therapy treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions,the effect is significant and should be introduced.
